He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Mike Scarpelli and Vienna Scarpelli (Bruno); his wife Margie; his sons, Robert, Victor Jr. and Mike Scarpelli; and his sister Yolando "Scarpelli" Clark. He was also cherished by many nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to Shoreline Medic 1 Foundation; St. Mark Catholic Church; or Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Roslyn, WA.
