“I just now found out that MIllie has passed away. I'm so very sorry. Millie was my roommate for over 10 years here in Yakima before I moved to Walla Walla in 1995. I loved her so much. Her zest for life and her joy for singing was so much fun. We spent many a night just visiting. She introduced me to her mom's haluski (and mom always made a batch for my birthdays) and Millie was always notorius for waking me up cooking wild mushrooms with garlic in the middle of night. She will be missed.”
