With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandi Mortimer Cockrell of Rochester, Washington, born in Lancaster, California, who passed away on October 24, 2024 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Sandi departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Sandi. Though Sandi may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Kelley and Ethel Morris; and her brother Dennis Morris. She is survived by: her husband Nick Cockrell of Rochester; her daughters, Kim Auten of Lebanon, Oregon, Rhonda Tudor of Olympia, Washington and Racheal Van Dyke of Eagle Point; her stepson James Richard Pruitt of Sacramento, California; and her brothers, Allen Morris of Mojave and Kelley Morris of Chiloquin, Oregon. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
