He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Robert "Bo" Slaymaker (Kris) of Rochester, Ted Slaymaker of Rochester and Heidi Stickler (Tom) of Lincoln City, Ore.; his stepsons, Dennis, Travis, Nicholas and Christopher Astry; and his grandchildren, Charlie, Ben, Tim, Scott Slaymaker, Jaymie and Jessica Hill. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
