He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert and Edna; and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his wife Nina; his children, Robb, Marc and Julie; and his grandchildren, Shira, Noah, Tova and Eleanor. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, his family suggests a donation to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum (https://www.ushmm.org), one of the many places to which Mort enjoyed donating.
