She is survived by: her former husband Robert Clark Hemphill; her husband Skateland; her children, David Wesley Hemphill, Susan Gay Lakey and Stephanie Ann Holmstrom; and her siblings, Ronald Lee Whitney, Keith Malcolm Whitney, Kathryn Mai Looker and Wilma Jean McMillian. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
