He was predeceased by: his parents, George Barnes and Gloria Barnes; and his sister Vivian Barnes. He is survived by: his wife Connie Barnes of Rochester; his children, Jeff Barnes of Tenino, Washington, Tanayle Haga of Seattle, Scarlett Grey of Bellingham and Ariana Howland of Richland, Washington; his siblings, Jesse Barnes of Bellingham and Vicki Wagner of Globe, Arizona; and his nephews, Mike Koop of Bellingham, Chris Koop of Bellingham and Brandon Koop of Bellingham. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
