She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Goldsby and Eva Goldsby (Blocher); her son James Burgess (Kristen); and her siblings, Rosella Darin and Stanley Goldsby.

She is survived by: her husband Vaughn Burgess; and her children, Arnold Wellman (Sharon), Frank De La Cerna, Kelly, David Burgess (Keiko), Toni Bigelow, Janet Walter, Nancy McAntosh (Todd), Susan Burgess and Mary Kim. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren.
