It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elwin Andrew Nowa of Rochester, Washington, who passed away on November 16, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Blanche Elizabeth Catherine (Bishop) and George Gordon Nowa; and his siblings, Anna Jane Dugan and Harold Gordon Nowa. He is survived by: his wife Linda Jillson Nowa; his children, Amy Kathryn Johnson (Nowa) and Andrew Gordon Nowa of Rochester, Wash.; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Johnson, Landen Nowa, Joshua Johnson, Laney Nowa, Matthew and Cameron Johnson.
