She was predeceased by: her parents, Darroll E. Shue and Sharon C. Shue (Herrygers); and her brother Steven. She is survived by: her siblings, Peter Shue and Suzette Brown (Kurt); her children, William "Willie" Painter (Nick Pangan) and Johanna Painter; and her stepson Joshua Painter.

The family suggests memorial donations be made online to Rochester Organization of Families' (R.O.O.F.) Food Bank or by mail at ROOF Community Services; PO Box 312; Rochester, WA 98579.
