He was predeceased by: his parents, E. Stevenson Sickman and Louise Sickman; and his wife Carolyn Fuson. He is survived by: his daughters, Sandy Kahut (Andy) and Beth Smith; his grandchildren, Jordan, Jacob Kahut, Kylie and Kelsee Smith; and his brother Stephen Stevenson (Sharon).
