He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Arp (Shorty) and Jean Arp; his wives, Ventura Ocampo and Donna Guinn; his sister Jean Anderson; and his children, Norman Thomas Arp Jr., Norman Steven Arp, Norma Jean Arp and Mary Gonzales.
He is survived by: his children, Chris Arp (Lora), Valerie Ocampo (Matthew), Shelley Kramer (Keith Laufer), Sandra Hutchison and Kevin Arp; his grandchildren, Christine, Marissa, Vanessa, Valarie, Christopher, Amber, Rodney, Angela, Renee, Aimee, Nicholas, Anthony, Joshua, Shandra, Dallas, Gayla, Shane and Heather; and his close friend Nikki Jones. He is also survived by friend, mentor, and hero to his children and grandchildren.
