She was predeceased by: her husband Leslie Shook. She is survived by: her parent Germans; her children, Susan "Brook", Carolyn Akimoff (Al), Steve Shook (Carol) and Danny Shook; her daughter-in-law Gayle Shook; and her sister Gladness Tatum.
