He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Koch and Normadine Koch; his stepfather Albert Kulm; his brothers, Gale and Gerald; and his grandson Nathan.
He is survived by: his children, John, Heidi, Tina, Kim, Kevin and Kreg. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren & 10 great grandchildren.
