He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille Arlt and Arthur Arlt; his wife Rita; his sisters, Lorraine and Frances; and his granddaughter Heather.
He is survived by: his children, Brad Arlt (Debra) of Ritzville, Marsha Teske (Randy) of Ritzville, Donita Shelton (John) of Spokane, Kevin Arlt (Josie Campbell) of Ritzville and Suzanne Meek (Gary Schoesler). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, a special friend Cheryl Foy and many nieces and nephews.
