He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Guerra and Fern Guerra of Ridgefield, WA; his sister Judy Deery; his daughter Adrian Posey; and his uncles, Roy Guerra, Bob Guerra and Paul Guerra.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Whittington Guerra of Texarkana; his children, John Shields (Jennifer), Jodi Shields of Vancouver, WA, Traci Hamilton (Roger) of Collierville, TN, Amy Wenz (Chad) of Klickitat, WA and Jason Guerra of Vancouver, WA; his stepchildren, Sharon Vaughan of Linden, TX, Sandra Long (Ron) of Richmond, TX, Tracie Warren of Texarkana, AR and Steven Adcock of Linden, TX; his nieces, Heather Deery-Worrall and Jossi McCreary; and his cousins, Mary Hall, Joe Guerra, Rosanna Alvarado, Kelli Groppi and John Guerra. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.
The family would like to extend special thanks for the wonderful care provided by staff at Wadley Regional Medical Center hospital, COVID unit, and Brookdale Assisted Living during their time of need.
