He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Blake and Violet Blake; his daughter Suzanne Rogers; and his granddaughter Elise Mittelstadt. He is survived by: his wife Helen; his sisters, Darlene Ulbricht (Wes) and Rachel Clark (Fred); and his children, Maureen Visan (Daniel), Randy Blake, Cheryl Brimlow (Daniel), Beth Robert (Rick), Rodney Blake (Debbie), Kathy Sester (David), Tim Blake (Hannah), Nathan Blake (Viviane), Rebecca Mittelstadt (Robert), Jonathan Blake (Debbie) and David Blake (Heather).
