He is survived by: his spouse Sherrilee Church; his daughters, Heather (Jonathan) and Chelsey (Tyler); his grandchildren, River, Kaleah, Novalee and Declan; his siblings, Connie (Tim), Rob (Teri) and Sheila (David); and his nieces and nephews, Rob Jr., Kristine, Bryan, Alyssa and David.
