He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Gulley and Nila Gulley; and his sisters, Donna Jorgenson and Patricia McDougal. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Stephanie (Chad Surface), Seth (Cheri Gulley) and Shane (Melissa Gulley); his grandchildren, Trevor Surface, Devin Surface, Madison Surface, Leah Gulley, Kylee Gulley, Aaron Gulley, Jacob Gulley and Caleb Gulley; and his friend Richard Roddy.
