He was predeceased by: his sister Betty. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Jordan McCullugh; and his children, Stephen, David (Penny) of Placitas, NM, Connie Brown of Richland, WA, Jeffrey of Ellensburg, WA and Paul (Christine) of Redmond, WA. He is also survived by five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
