He was predeceased by: his son Keith John Shollenberger. He is survived by: his significant other Marjorie; his children, Gayla Ernst (Chuck) and Kenneth Shollenberger (Nancy); and his grandchildren, Amy Johnson, Bryan Shollenberger, Teri Bean, Tracie Shollenberger and Deanne Sims.
