He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Adkins and Jackie Adkins. He is survived by: his wife Janis Adkins; his children, Missti Forbes (Will Forbes), Michael Adkins, Kristina Potts (Anthony Potts) and Ashley Adkins; and his siblings, David Adkins and Sherrie Adkins. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and countless friends who were touched by his grace.
