It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Smith (Richland, Washington), who passed away on November 3, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father William Hall; and his brothers, Chet and Jeffery. He is survived by: his mother Belle Gray (Hall); his wife Alice; his sons, Stephen and Paul; his daughter-in-law Lindsey; his grandchildren, Rozlynn and James; and his siblings, Andy, Faith and Jeannie. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
