He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his children, Mark (Jill), Cynthia Parker (Paul) and Barbara Waggoner (Kurt); his grandchildren, Blake Waggoner (Ely), Kolby Waggoner (Stephanie), Tarelle Wing (Connor), Courtney Parker, Devan Darsow, Megan Darsow and Dylan Darsow; and his great grandchildren, Hazel Waggoner, Evelyn Waggoner and Sofia Waggoner.
