He is survived by: his wife Virginia Lea Ortiz; his children, Jennifer, Harvey, Jeff and Charley; his grandchildren, Whitney, Tyler, Alexis, Ronni, Jeffery, Zackary, Jordan, David, Tamara, Charley II, Holley, Katie and Stephani; his great grandchildren, Marcos, Emersyn, Bennett, Delilah, Ryan, Briella and Logan; and his siblings, Joe, Martin, Omar, Ovidio, Oliver, Odelia and Susanna. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great- nephews.
