He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clarence Burbank and Edna Burbank of Republic; his wife Sheryl; his children, Nick Burbank (Shelle), Shane Burbank (Brigette), Shelly Burbank, Brickel Sharp (William) and Tammy Reichert (Ray); and his siblings, Harold "Skip" Burbank (Rosalee), Russell Burbank (Nancy), Norma Fox (George), Jay Burbank, Art Burbank, Arloa Williams, Muriel Burbank, Juanita Yenter, Lois Polk and Frances Hill. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.

Memorials can be in the form of a donation to Shriners or St. Jude's.
