He is survived by: his wife Paula Hoey; his sister Lydia Thomas of Baltimore Maryland; his children, Edward, Vincent Hoey, Sharran Monyihan, Shelly Bynum and Ashley Geros; his son-in-law Randall Geros; his nieces, Kelly Thomas and Renada Thomas Gilliard of Baltimore Maryland; and his grandchildren, Liam Monyihan, Christina, Michael Hoey, Symphony Bynum, Tucker and Hailey Geros.
