He was predeceased by: his father Arthur. He is survived by: his mother Linda; and his siblings, Rick, Mike and Cheryl (Capps). He is also survived by 3 nephews and 3 nieces and countless cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you direct any donations to the American Heart Association or the American Kidney Fund.
