He was predeceased by: his parents, John Foley and Margarite Foley; and his wife Dolores. He is survived by: his sister Margaret; and his children, Mike (Jo), Susan (Rand), Bernadette (David), Colleen (Rocco), John (Kelly), Jim (Alida) and Anne (Pat). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
