Jon Wolfe wrote a sympathy message

“I am so sorry to learn of Jeanette’s passing. Darryl I know how much you loved her even naming your boat after her. Kathleen and I had so much fun cruising our boats in the San Juan Islands. Especially our wonderful lobster fest over Memorial weekends with 10+ other “yachts” from Seattle to Bellingham. A guest on one of those boats was a sister kang from my class (1965). Darryl is also a fellow kang! I know what you are going through Darryl as you know I lost Kathleen to cancer.”
