With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alex Purnell Tatum (Redmond, Washington), who passed away on September 2, 2024 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Moir Tatum and Nellie Tatum. He is survived by: his wife Pearl; his children, Cherise (Dan), Claire (Carl), Joenathan (Paulina), Cicely (Walter), Jordan (Tess), Jareth, Jacob and James; his siblings, Calvin, Beunice and Dr. Mary Chappell (Douglas); and his cousins, Joan Tatum, Jeanette Graham, Ronald Clanton and Bert Clanton. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and various nieces and nephews.
