She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Fred Caton and Edith Caton (Ellsworth); her husband Bob Buchanan; her sister Cleora Fisher; her children, Rob (Robbie Lynn Buchanan), Peggy, Steve (Elaine Buchanan) and Chad (Kelli Buchanan); her grandchildren, Kerie Maneman, Keith Buchanan, Jim Swogger, Lou Ann Rossman, Bob Swogger, Jeremy Swogger, Jamey Buchanan, Jill Terry, Kelli Burkhardt, Cody Buchanan and Hailey Buchanan; and her siblings, Don Caton and Ida Laura Pearson.
Since Lois was known for shouting out the Willapa Valley Fight Song and cheers at family gatherings, memorial donations may be made to the Willapa Valley Alumni Scholarship, PO Box 128, Menlo, WA 98561.
