He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Buchanan and Edith Buchanan (Berry); his son Larry; and his siblings, Betty, Bob, Jack and Curt.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly; and his sons, Gary and Daryle Buchanan (Linda). He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
