He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandparents, Paul T. Lease and Florence M. Lease (Wood); his parents, Gary Lease and Penny Lease; his sister Angela Coombs; and his grandparents, Dewain and Betty Buning. He was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the American Diabetes Association in John's name.
