He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Booth (Kristie) and Vivian Booth; and his sister Donna. He is survived by: his wife Kristie Colby; his siblings, Sharon (Gerald) and Claude (Karen); and his children, Andy (Barb), Jenny and Cory (Allison). He is also survived by 9 grandkids and 4 great grandkids, as well as numerous other family members.
