Norman Foster Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 5, 2019, at the age of 81, Norman Foster (Quincy, Washington) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his uncle Robert Spear; his brothers, Elwin Foster and Kenneth Foster; and his daughter Noralee Hart. He is survived by: his brothers, Steven (Linda) and Robert; his children, Bruce Rain, Griffin Rain (Nancy) and Suzette Burnworth (Manny); and his grandchildren, Jacque Zimmerman and Scott Foster. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
