She is survived by: her husband Donald Fortier; her children, Wade and Kelli; her grandchildren, Brendan, Karlee and Rylee; and her siblings, Erin Chowning (Glenn), Kathy Rota (Louie), Dale Adams (Beth) and Cindy Adams.
