He is survived by: his children, Naomie Obi of Hoquiam, Elizabeth Muro of Taholah and Leonard Obi of Queets; his grandchildren, Renee Obi-Newton of Queets, Isaiah Obi-Newton of Taholah, Charlene Lopez of Ocean Shores, Aldeen Obi-Olvera, Octavio Muro of Taholah, Christian Lopez of Taholah and Aron Lopez of Taholah; his great grandchildren, Mariah Obi-Newton of Queets, Tyson Serrano of Spokane, Romeo Serrano of Spokane and Kayden Serrano of Spokane; and his siblings, Darlene "Doll" Escarcega, Barbara Didrickson, Theron Snook, Rick Obi and Gary Obi.
