She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Lewis and Mary Lewis; her brother Walt Lewis; and her great grandchild Renee Ball-Burton. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathie Rice, Wendy Ball (George) and Shelly Williams (John). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.
