He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Ann Castillo. He is survived by: his children, Lonnie, Dolly (Art), Sandi and Michael (Frances); his grandchildren, Bob, Chris, Phil (Megan), Dan (Elisabeth), Traci, Michael II (Suzanne), Anthony, Samuel and Jake; and his great grandchildren, Michael III, Mai, Easton, Berkley and Ari. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
