He is survived by: his significant other Joan Stefani (Prukop); his children, Jillian Stefani (Korrena Poe), Joseph Stefani (Cynthia) and Jared Stefani (Shelan); his grandchildren, RaVaye, Henry, Jack, Bridger, Atlas and Athena Stefani; his sisters, Adrienne Morrison (Bill) and Cindy Tripp; and his children, Sulley and Stu. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
