With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ray Owen Madsen (Puyallup, Washington), born in Cheyenne, Wyoming, who passed away on September 20, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Norma Madsen and Irvin Madsen; his wife Marcia Snow; and his stepchildren, Sandra (Drake), Christopher (April), Ryan, Erik (Jenny), Nancy (Marc) and Andrew (Norah). He was also cherished by 15 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
