She is survived by: her son Michael; her spouse Roger; her children, Marjorie Hess (Siegfried), Ronald Hagen, Donald Hagen (Cheri), Susan Lenox (Earl) and Kelly Maupin (Garrett); her daughter-in-law Dianne Hagen; her grandchildren, Christopher Hagen, Maria Hess, Patrice Lenox, Stephen Hess, Brandon Hagen, Angela Hagen, Matthew Lenox, Savanna Graff, Ryan Hagen and Zachary Lawrence; and her great grandchildren, Joseph Hagen, Benjamin Hagen, Melia Hess, Anthony Hess and Aiden Hagen.
