He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Delwin David Orr and Susie Hymas; his wife Doris Fowler; his daughters, Cathleen Hastings (Joe) of Western Washington, Charleen Griffith (Mick) of Western Washington, Cindy Lou Rumsey (Phil) of Western Washington and Sharon Lisa Orr of Western Washington; and his siblings, Laree Wilson, Lynn Orr (Lisa) and Randy Orr (Wanda). He was also cherished by 15 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and several nephews and nieces.
