He was predeceased by: his father Paul Kramer; his wife Sandra (McGirr); his mother Belma Aspholm (Coleman); and his brother Theodore "Ted" Kramer. He is survived by: his former wife Kathy Welsh (Paul); his child Kerie Swepston (Aaron); and his sister Karen Struve (Gordy). He is also survived by 2 children and grandchildren, her children and grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at the Victory Fellowship (610 8th St NE, Auburn, WA 98002).
