He is survived by: his children, Tom (Billie), Jerry (Gina), Dave and Linda; his grandchildren, Jason, Stephanie (Dan), Amanda (Brian), Kris (Carleigh), Shaun, Matt (Jenn), Michael (Brittany) and Zack; and his great grandchildren, Ocean, Scout, Erie, Nathan, Kai and Eloise.
