She was predeceased by: her parents, Allan Albert and Florence Margaret Rogers; and her sister Ruth Rogers Boyce (Fred). She is survived by: her husband David Eugene Strous; her children, Deborah Strous-Boyd, Rebecca Mermod (Leonard), Julia Hyres (David), Jennifer DeRosa (James) and Peter Strous (Karen); her brother Edward Rogers (Betty); her grandchildren, Dr. Alexander Hyres (Kristy), Nathaniel Hyres (Samantha), Andrew DeRosa, Heather Hernandez (Manuel), Benjamin Strous, Katie Strous and Kirsten Strous; and her great grandchildren, Elodie Hyres, Lucia Hyres and Norah Hernandez. She is also survived by her family, her dogs.
