He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Flatness and Ruth Moore; and his brother Kenneth. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; and his stepchildren, Christopher Ball, Matthew Ball, Samantha Ball and Katelyn Conte. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
