He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Sr. Gallion and Tena Gallion; his wife Judy Tominaga (Setsu); and his daughter Glenda Emmett. He is survived by: his children, Don and Kathy Young; and his daughter-in-law Denise. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren.
