He is survived by: his wife Evelyn; his grandsons, Christopher D. Mothershead (Lindsey) and Aaron M. Mothershead (Jessi); his great grandchildren, Kendall, Kameron, Maizie and Easton; his sisters, Ethel Allen (John) and Edna Coonc; his sister-in-law Charlotte Mothershead; his sister Louise; and his brother-in-law Lee Cope. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
